Our Founder
Operating within the accountancy & finance sector for almost twenty years and placing all levels of seniority across East Central Scotland, provided Ross with the perfect platform for launching Gunn Financial Appointments.
A breadth of experience
He started his recruitment career in 2005 and spent eight years covering the non-qualified market with a large global recruitment business, before joining a leading Scottish firm where he spent ten years specialising in the qualified market. His breadth of experience during this latter period is reflected in the wide range of appointments he has handled – from newly qualified through to Finance Director and CFO appointments.
Becoming a trusted partner to his clients has been fundamental to the growth of his reputation and extensive network.

Focused on permanent appointments, Ross partners with a variety of organisations from early start-ups to global brands. With experience of operating across different industry sectors, he has the expertise and insight to address complex staffing requirements, delivering relevant solutions to each scenario, whilst adopting a collaborative approach with all parties.
